Help with failed Installation

I have 3 other applications that he was able to install. 2 of them are almost the same as the one that fails install. The only difference is the mail .exe file in the installer.

If you remove that file and rebuild the installer, does the problem go away?

You mentioned that the only difference is one EXE file, but also that changing the EXE file in the faulty setup doesn't fix the problem.
How about you duplicate your working project and change the EXE there?
