FYI in my installer created with IA12, looking at the manifest in the executable resources (resource 24), I see:
name="CompanyName.ProductName.YourApplication"
We wondered whether this is intentional. We noticed it when looking into a UAC elevation problem, and have no reason to think it would cause a problem; it was just slightly surprising.
