Error Running Installer

Hi ,

I am running our installer on several windows 7 pc's with no problem. However I have in my possetion a PC from the field and trying to install, but i get the following error;

C:\progra~2\{A523A~1\OFFLINE\7DC329F4\AD70D0FE\MYFILE.EXE

The file MYFILE.EXE is inside the cab file and should be copied accross to the target directory, and run from that location.

How is the installer deciding to run from this obscure location and how do I fix this problem, I have tried deleting directories under this location, but the directory
AD70D0FE does not exist. It is like it is running an older version of the installer and not the one supplied on a cd?

How do I force the installer to reinstall everything from the CD?

What OS is the machine running? Are there any anti-viruses installed?
