IA 2012 & IA 9 EditFile Plugin Work-Around?

Looks like we will upgrade to IA 2012. Only problem is we rely on the IA 9 EditFile plug to edit a text file upon final installation process.

Q. Does IA 2012 have a way to write to a text file like the IA 9 EditFile plugin did?

There is indeed. They're called Write to Text File and Read from Text File.
