Language Dialog not updating

Hello,

I've updated our Language selection dialog to add new languages, but the combo box and other text on the dialog do not update. Originally our installer supported English, French, German, and Spanish. We're added 3 more languages, and after importing the new translations, I tried editing the Language dialog by adding the languages to the combo box on the dialog. After clicking save, the file updates, the file modified timestamp is correct, and I see in the last line of text in the Language.dfm shows the new languages. I've attempted changing the Items for the combo box and also updating the DropDownCount to no avail.

The last 3 lines of text in Language.dfm after saving show:
Items.Strings
English
Chinese (PRC)FrenchGermanJapanesePortugese (Brazil)Spanish

However, once the installer is generated, the text in the combo box is the same, showing only English, French, German, and Spanish. Even the file that gets copied to my temp directory to run the extracted installer shows the languages I added in the Language.dfm. Also, if I use "Display language selection dialog box" in Project Properties, then the new languages are shown in that dialog, but not when Language.dfm is used. I'm not sure what else to try next; it seems as though this dialog is getting cached somewhere.

Are you sure that you are rebuilding the installer and running the correct one?

Maybe you have to re-localize the project again.
