What could cause installation to "freeze"?

Hi,

I am experiencing wired problem on one particular customer site (Win 7 x64).
My setup "freezes" after Apply Install is called. I have no idea why. It works fine everywhere else including Win 7 x64/x32 boxes.
I know it's a very general description of the problem, but can anyone suggest what could potentially cause it?

Have you tried running the installation with install-time logging enabled? I'm just wondering if you might see something in a log file which you could compare to another installation that works on another machine?
