Hi,
I just installed 5.3 and realized that the new version of course replaced all my global strings translations with the default values.
Had I thought ahead, I could have guessed that.
I order to save me time for the next upgrade:
Is there a way to export the global strings BEFORE updating and then reuse them in the next version? I can't imagine having to redo all translations for each version...
By the same token:
If I translated a template project, will I be able reuse that project newer versions so I can keep my translation work? I haven't tried that yet...
Thanks
Thomas

Hi Thomas!
Ouch! Sorry to hear that.
Just make a copy of the files in the trans subfolder for the next time.
Also make a copy of the files and folders in the Templates folder if you want your updated template scripts to survive.
