Programs installed with Installaware diappears some time ago

Hello,

we have a strange Problen on a customer PC. I have made my own Setup-Form but the installed components are silent installed installaware packages.
Only One component is a Visual Studio MSI. On the Client pc are after two weeks all installaware packages removed from the Programmlist. Only the Microsoft MSI is there.
The installed Files are mostly on the Disk. One time there are in the Folders all dll and exe Files gone.
The PC is formated an fresh installed again with the same Problem.

also because, as I understand, it happens only with that particular installation. is it right?

Can you reproduce the problem in some way?
