Patching at build-via-cmd (TFS)

Hi,

maybe you can give me a short answer : Is it possible to build patches at build-via-cmd ?
Reason : We have a TFS which might produce update (daily/weekly, not already defined). It would be nice, if IA can create "patches" of these nightly builds.
