Uninstall Problems...

I got a successful installer to install the files I needed to get my program to work, but now when I go to uninstall it, it acts like I am trying to re-install it again. I went through Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs and clicked my program to uninstall. Then it doesn't ever give me the option to uninstall.

I also plan to start making patches for this program, but I am not use to InstallAware yet, could someone give me easy steps to making a patch .exe for my program?
