Custom .cub file for ICE checks

How can I get the ICE checker to use a custom .cub file that was supplied by a customer for their requirements?

Dear User,

with ICE Check tool you can only validate an MSI package.

did you mean CAB files??

I'd like to load a custom ICE validation file into your validator. Orca allows running these, I was hoping to use one less tool.
