Installaware 12 x64 Merge Module Issue

Installaware fails whenever I try to make an installer with a x64 merge module. It build just fine with the x86 version but fails during the x64 build stating "Unable to merge Windows Installer database with module .... " I need to a working version of the installer soon. How do I fix this?

It is not easy to give you an answer only with this info.

Are you creating a separate package for that x64 merge module?
