.NET Framework and XML plug-ins

I have InstallAware Developer 11, and there are installation features for the .NET framework plug-ins and XML plug-ins. However, when i try to install them, the setup tells me that 'extraction of installation data downloaded from the web has failed'. And then it fails again regardless of what option i choose.

How can i get these plug-ins?

I suspect, but obviously without having your project it is not so easy, that probably exist a problem with the web media block files you are using.

is it possible to have a look at your project or even better, a basic sample that demostrates your issue?

If you try to include those files producing a single exe compressed file instead of the WEB EXE that you are actually using, what happens?
