IA9 - Latest service pack

Hi guys,

Apologies if this has been brought up before - I am currently running IA9 (Build Moya.sp1.070409) - I have the original installs and activation emails all backed up. I thought I was on the latest service pack, but it turns out I'm not.

I need to set a new IIS application pool to .NET 4.0, however the version of IA9 I'm on only supports setting .NET to 1.1 and 2.0. I found a post that said this was fixed in IA9 service pack 3 - Is there anyway I can download the latest service pack for IA9?
