We have a new requirement to use either sftp or https with ssl.
We have succesfully used ftp://someuser:[email protected] ... ks/My.7zip.
I know web media blocks wont support sftp but has Anyone been able to use a url like this https://someuser:[email protected] ... ks/My.7zip.
Is ther any way a username and password requirement can be used in InstallAware's web media blocks???
Thanks,
Jim

Dear Jim,
Unfortunately, it is disabled by default with IE due security reason.
The same argument has been already discussed, please refer to the topic;
