IA15, IIS 6.5 & ASP.NET version

Post by Bjarne »

Hi,

IA15 fails to set the defined ASP.NET version in IIS6.5 (Win2K3) when creating an application.
Instead of setting the version as defined in IA it inherits the version of its parent; Default Web Site.

Dear Bjarne,

I have verified it and actually I can only confirm that this behaviour has been logged to our dev team.

The issue has been fixexd with IntallAware ver. 15.04.
I have personally tested it and seems to work fine.

Thats just brilliant! Thanx for this quick response and fix, highly appreciated :D
BTW - Is it enough to regenerate the license or do I need to download the whole shebang and reinstall?

Dear Bjarne,

If you have 15.02 or 15.03 version installed, I suppose license regeneration it is enough.

By the way, package download is always suggest to keep and store, for any future use that you may require.
