Discount on Upgrades from Express Edition?

Does the upgrade price apply to an upgrade from an InstallAware Express edition?
I am tempted to buy the Express Edition as it fits my needs currently, but am wanting to know if I should choose to upgrade later would I need to pay full price for the developer edition, or would I get a discount?
