In one of the more recent versions of IA you added the functionality to required scrolling to the end of the EULA before the Next button was enabled. However, it seems after a recent upgrade, this feature is no longer implemented? How can I get this back? This was very important to me.
Thanks

Re: Scrolling to end of EULA
Dear User,
Honestly, I really suppose exist something wrong with your project.
This functionality has not been removed and in reality, it is made possible by a simple pair of Object Dialog Controls rules as below:
Anyway, it is still available by default with any Licensecheck dialog ... just create a new project fropm scrath to verify it.
Hope this helps you.

Code: Select all
IF (License.MaxLength <> 2147483647) THEN Next.Enabled := False;
IF (License.MaxLength = 2147483647) THEN Next.Enabled := True;
Hope this helps you.

Re: Scrolling to end of EULA
You're right... a new project works fine. Why do the 3 of mine not work anymore?
Where can I find that line of code to ensure its still there?
EDIT: Well, that code exists in licensecheck.dfm... maybe that's not getting compiled in or something?

Re: Scrolling to end of EULA
Fixed. Here's what I had to do, which I don't understand. Went into the EULA screen, clicked the SAVE button there. Recompiled setup... functionality was back? Very weird.

Re: Scrolling to end of EULA
I can only suppose that your project was using, for some reasons, a different dialog resource file and saving it, you have restored this condition.
