Get System Setting 2GB Physical Memory into CHECKSYSTEM

When an IA installer with Get System Setting 2GB Physical Memory into CHECKSYSTEM is run on a Win7 system that reports 2GB installed, the installer reports insufficient memory installer...requires 2 GB memory.. etc. In the Windows System page, the memory installed reports 2GB but a slightly smaller amount labeled as "usable" is also reported. Is the IA minimum memory check testing against the usable or the total memory installed?
