Installing an app that requires .NET 4.5 (32 bit). After installation, get a SHIM_NOVERSION_FOUND message. What is required to circumvent this?

Re: SHIM_NO_VERSION message
Dear Tom,
Do you receive the message when you start your application?
For what I see doing a quick google search, it is a problem caused by an application that is not configured in a way that makes it possible to determine the appropriate version of the .NET Framework runtime.
I may suggest you to have a look at the following links;
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2715633/en-us
http://xanthelasma3.rssing.com/browser. ... &item=3934
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/9w519wzk.aspx
Hope this helps you.
