How To Get System Setting Physical Memory of target machine
The "Get System Setting Physical Memory... " dropbox shows 2GB as the largest amount that can be checked. We wish to require 4GB memory be installed. Can the System Physical Memory installed on the target machine be acquired as a numeric value?

Re: How To Get System Setting Physical Memory of target mach
Dear Erich,
the InstallAware command "Get System Setting" returns TRUE or FALSE, respectively if the system meets the minimum capability to verify.
You should use a direct call to GlobalMemoryStatusEx WINAPI (... with a custom dll or EXE) if you want to obtain that value directly.
For more information, please have a look at the following link;

Hope this helps you.
