Apply Install does not terminate (MSI setup)

I have more than one customer that has a strange installation behaviour:

Apply Install is called and the product is installed correctly. In the MSI-Logfile I can read at the end of the verbose log:

But the problem is that the IA script does not go on. Apply Install still seems to wait for a returning code from MSI engine.

What could be the problem on such computers? Could it be a bug in IA? What can I do?

honestly, I'm not informed about a similar issue.

I suppose that you alredy have verified if anything interferes with your package installation ( ... as an Anti virus).

Do you have any other info about what those machines may possibly have in common?

Are you using the last IA version (15.51) available?

Thank you Francesco, I just want to know if you already have some informations about such an issue.

On at least one of the affected systems was COMODO Antivirus installed. I will try to get further informations on this issue and will post it here if applicable.

My version is IA 15 (3.1.13?)...

Plaese let me know if you have any further info.

Currently, the last available IA version is 15.51 (build 3.20.13).
In your case, to update your IA installation is enough to regenerate your personal license file.

By the way, I personally had recently a problem with my development machine.
My MS Visual Studio installation suddenly has stopped to work correctly ... with very strange errors ... and the cause was my Anti virus that I used without problems for years.
