Hi Francesco,
I'm using the firewall configuration utility for quite some time.
I've re-examined it today again and found several issues:
- When selecting All in profile, it does not set rules for public profile, only for domain and private
- You can't block port for specific program. Only by port or by program. This thing causes me to create two rules, one for specific port for all programs and one to allow my application through the firewall.
- how do I delete the entry? I've tried with delete exception but that doesn't work, and as delete exception doesn't allow you to specify a name for the exception, it probably doesn't know what to delete
Any ideas?
Regards,
Tzach

Dear Tzach,
Let me check it.
However, If you could post a sample that describes your findings... it can definitely facilitate my job.

Re: "Configure Windows Firewall" problem
Hi Francesco,
There is no sample to display as it is merely an issue with using a single command.
The issues results from:
- Design of the "Configure Windows Firewall" command do not mimic the abilities exposed in windows firewall
- Bugs in the code of the command.
