I am evaluating install aware 15 (trial) and am trying to verify the MSI I created can run under the SYSTEM account
I am executing via the following command
c:\pstools\psexec.exe -i -s msiexec.exe /i "C:\_debug\mysetup_20130723.msi" CMDLINE="ALLUSERS=TRUE" /quiet /l "c:\_debug\as_system.log"
The setup runs but it finishes very quickly, with msiexec returning an error code of zero. Nothing is installed, is this a limitation of the trial version? It runs fine under my account.
The as_system.log file created by the command above is below
Thank You

Dear User,
could you post the project you used?
By the way, IA 16 is the most recent trial available.

Re: Installing under System Account
We applied the policy here (http://www.installaware.com/windows-ins ... ileges.htm) which didn't seem to help, then I tried removing IA15 trial and installed IA 16 trial, and now the installs are working under SYSTEM

Dear User,
Honestly, it is strange that worked with IA 16 and not using IA 15.
... anyway, I am happy you solved.
