Flash include question

Can you please tell me about the flash movie requirements. If i include a movie.swf then does the user need Flash installed on their PC (and if yes what version)? Or is enough Flash included in the installAWARE setup and no preloaded requirement is necessary?

The moment you add a Flash movie to your project (movie.swf) in the visual (creatives) view, InstallAware adds flash.ocx to your project for you. If you are sure your end users have Flash, you can remove this file from your project (it is also added as a creative). If not, and Flash is missing, InstallAware will copy this file to the system folder and register it and then automatically show the Flash movie.

Is the flash.ocx unregistered after installation or will it remain on the system for ever? Because I think some users do not want flash to be "installed". Can I just unregister and delete the flash.ocx installed by IA to have no additional software installed after my installation?
