On a freshly installed Windows OS computer with plenty of memory space (2GB) and Hardrive 300GB, I am testing my software install and there are no other programs running during install. I can't understand why I am getting this "Out of Memory space" error. The strange thing is that once you acknowledge the message box it goes away and Installware proceeds with the install as normal. My software is installed.
Some people did say that you can just ignore it. Well, even though it doesn't really stop the installation one could just okay the message and continue, but it is annoying. If the customer sees that, they will think that there is a serious problem with the install. I am sure Installware knows how sometimes customers can be.
What is your solution? or work around?
