Setting Desktop Background & Screen Saver

In our install script we are giving the users the ability to specify if they want to use our screen saver or if they would like to use our desktop background image for their computer. I set a "feature" for this, but is there a place I can activate the screen saver and desktop background?

Dear Redbrad0,

you must develop a custom DLL or an EXE for that.
The "SystemParametersInfo" WINAPI allows to control the desktop wallpaper and the ScreenSaver as well.
