Web deploy HTTP or HTTPS

Hi, I get problems with the download web deploy, files are not descangan.

may be the reason I'm reporting an HTTPS URL (with SSL) for web deploy?. Is-needed-to-HTTP, or HTTPS can be also?

... I believe that you should use an HTTP url.
