Insufficient memory error !

Hello

after I have changed a languag string for a message box to German and also a small string in the Shared Strings I cannot longer do a Build

Injected runtime files
Compressing install: componentstree.dfm (0%)
Compressing install: 5D6BBD01\3815C0E\Artistic (0%)
Error during build: Unable to build setup files: Insufficient Memory

What happens here? Never had this Problem before
I am using IA 17
