"Retry download" when download plugin on IA18

Postby lanceteoh » Mon Nov 24, 2014 4:23 am

Hi,

I am using IA 18 Developer edition
During Feature Selection, I selected some of the RunTime like .Net 4.0 (x86/64), Crystal report, but I got this message during installation

Anything I can do?

Dear User,

please update to the latest IA 18 version available (18.08).
Due the error you posted, I suppose you are using a previous IA 18 version ... that it's not anymore available.

"IMPORTANT! Always backup your trial version installer, as well as your activation file, in a safe location. InstallAware does not keep old version trial downloads or activation files; therefore once your Customer Account expires, you will not be able to re-install your product unless you have previously made backups."

I may suggest you to consider the possibility to download the full installer with Runtime next time.

Dear Anderson,

what you are reporting has nothing to do with the original discussion of this thread.

Anyway, if you select "download a new copy ...", are you able to continue the process?

Did you test your Internet connection? Are you able to download that "web media block" manually from the browser?
