32 and 64 bit Installation with runtimes

hi
i wanna my set up work on 32 and 64 bit architecture.
i wanna automatically install on 32 or 64 bit.
i add runtimes .net framework 4 and 4.5 with client profile 4.
but if i add X64 above runtimes when i run set up on 32 OS it raise up error that
this product requires at least 64 bit OS.
i want to have both 64 and 32 bit runtimes that install on target machine and determine architecture
automatically and install appropriate runtime on related Os architecture(64 or 32).

i checked 64 bit operating system(put set up in 64 bit installation mode) in Application Requirement
but that error raise up again.
please tell me what should i do.
