Label that act like link

How to add label that when I mouse over the label, it appear to be clickable and when mouse click it go to next dialog.

Try a standard button and change the style to Command Link.

I tried the command link button but I can remove the border and background so it look like a background, plus the action of click seems to be limited, example how to add link to a website. Attached are portion of the screen I tried to create.

Thanks but actually I have it figured out on the clickable action (go to dialog, run program etc.), my main concern is user does not know this can be click because when they mouse over the label, the cursor does not change to indicate it is clickable.
