Installaware 12 - possible to still acquire this product?

Good afternoon,

We're trying to get hold on Installaware 12 as the current version we have (16) isn't compatible with the software we are packaging into an MSI.

The vendor of the software use 12 and when we build with 16 we come up with a licensing issue.

Can anyone help with this request?
