Error updating with Binary Patch - File name similiares

When installing the upgrade package to generate the error according to image

Analyzing the error

1. I have a file with the name "GenMedElectroFacturas.fxp" in a folder called "COMMERCIAL"
2. Also I have another file named "GenMedElectroNominaPLUS.fxp" in a folder called "NOMINAPLUS"
3. Both files need to be updated
4. My theory is that start with the same name "GenMedElectro" and I keep updating the file first.
5. I checked and change the "GenMedElectroNominaPLUS.fxp" file "NominaPLUSGenMedElectro.FXP" and if WORKED CORRECTLY.

Question?

It is a reported error or some bug that does not support InstallAware same name at the beginning ???

or that causes this error may be

in all honesty, it's not totally clear to me the error message you are receiving at patch Runtime

Anyway, I suggest you to have a look at steps described with the following link;
