Uninstall can't find original source

Hello,
I have an installation that can uninstall with the installation executable but when uninstalled from Programs and Features it pops up the message that the original setup source will need to be found.

I am wondering why this happens and how I can correct this problem?

Thank you Francesco, that was the solution.
I am surprised about this as I usually do single compressed exe installers but this project was done before by someone else as a Web project and I ran into issues with the Web downloads that were not there.
So I changed it to single exe. I have to check if all my other projects have this fully checked off.
