Installing Web Media Block when space is low in C:

I found an interesting and annoying problem yesterday. When installing when space is low in C:, a large Web Media Block will fail and give the impression that you have to re-download the block. It feels like the hash is wrong, but actually it is just not able to uncompress it. This is a bug and the error messaging should be improved.
