Hi Support Team,

we are using InstallAware_X3_With_Runtimes 20.10 and suffer from a specific Problem. So we want to test InstallAware_X3_With_Runtimes 20.11. It seems it is the most recent update of X3.

There is no clueue on your web site how to download this Version. How can we get this file?

I cannot see the answer to my question in the linked Topic.

I just want to 'update' from InstallAware_X3_With_Runtimes 20.10 to 20.11 and Need a download URL. I know that I Need to 'activate' this Version with a new (smaller) exe created just for me / my license.

If you would not have released X4 yet my concern would be no Problem.

Now as you have released X4 it seems that all doors to X3 are closed - or do I miss something?

Or is it because I use my own InstallAware account (I have an IA 11 license) for my employment issues (there we have a XE3 license)?

Dear Michael,

such link fully answers your question in reality.
Each InstallAware version (including updates) requires a specific personal license file to activate the product and this is why InstallAware cannot officially provide previous installer versions.
