Register Assembly- Automatically Updates Full Assembly Name?

The Register Assembly command is a great new addition

I am just starting a new project to test it out and I was wondering if the Full Assembly Name will automatically update if the file I browsed to is updated at a later time? My libraries are constantly being updated so the version numbers will be changing on them frequently.

No - you will need to refresh the names.
