$COMPANY$ derived from Publisher not Manufacturer

I'm using X5 Studio Admin Version 22.02.0.2016. According to the online help, the variable, $COMPANY$, is derived from the Manufacturer of Project Properties but when I placed the code in debug, I found that $COMPANY$ is actually initialized by Publisher Name of Programs, Direct Deploy. Either I'm doing something wrong or the Help is wrong.
