IA X6 Wildcard Matching Problems

I'm using the newest version of IA X6 downloaded from the website yesterday. When trying to do a web install with any run times i get the following error:

ERROR!

No files matching wildcard pattern
C:\PROGRA~2\INSTAL~1\INSTAL~1\runtimes\netfx_core_x64\*.*

I have tried clean reinstalling multiple times to no avail.
