Does InstallAware Developer and Studio Editions support MSBUILD?

I saw an old command line tool called miabuild.exe but did not see that in my evaluation install.
How can I create a install build from the command line?

Dear Dcoleman,

both "Studio & Developer" editions include the "miabuild" Command Line Build Tool ... which is not an old tool at all.

Just open a command prompt task and type 'miabuild'.
