No, sorry.
I'd recommend Google'ing for it though. Should turn out a good variety of samples.

You can also copy-paste, then search-replace your favorite application's eula

Thanks. I found a "EULA generator" on the web that generates a EULA that looks good. I was thinking that when I install the "purchased" version of IA, I would just copy your EULA and make the required name changes
