Error initializing msi database

I was able to fix this by setting the folder permissions of "Creater Owner" to full access. Very annoying but straightforward. It always went away when I reloaded the UI or reloaded the project, but will fail upon build the second time. (First build always works).

i was getting this because I indicated a custom location for output in the project settings on the build\Output node

i set that back to project folder, and also cleared the OUTPUT FILENAME textbox

I cleared these and was able to make a build.
