.NET and MDAC Refresh question

.NET and MDAC Refresh question

I have created a simple project using IA Express. In the 2nd page of the wizard, I selected .NET and MDAC refresh. Will these 2 items be installed only if they are not already on the system, or will they be installed no matter what?

They will only be installed if absent.
