Web Updates exit abruptly

Hello,

We using automatic web updates from Installaware 18. On Windows 2012 server the update fails.
DownloadFile #UPDATE_SERVER# into $SUPPORTDIT$\updates.ini returns an error. If we keep an eye on 5AppData% temp folder the mia folder gets created and deleted immediately. There is no eventlog entry as well. The log file does not say much
