We have come across an issue where after installation has completed the product in questions icon doesn't Pin to Task Bar even though you have set it to do so.
It was working for our products but we noticed that it stopped working after a particular windows update. We believe it worked prior this windows update - 17134.112 which was in June 2018. We think the windows update that happened around November December 2018 may have affected the Pin to Task Bar to stop working.
Has anyone come across this issue?
Pin to Task Bar issue, Windows 10 update
