Batch convert of WISE scripts

Is there a simpler way to convert WISE scripts to IA outside of the IDE? I have many WISE scripts that include other WISE scripts, but when I converted one through the IDE none of the scripts from the 'include' statement got converted. I really do NOT want to have to create a separate project for each and every WISE script I have that is referenced in an 'include' statement.
