Option "Allow multiple instances of IDE"

Hello,

I activated the above option and am, as expected, able to open multiple instances with different projects.
But it seems, I can open only one instance of the dialog editor.What am I doing wrong?

The dialog editor is a separate tool, and unfortunately by design, this doesn't allow multiple instances.

I'll submit the request. However, I'm not sure if there is a reason behind this limitation. I'll check this out.
