Loading screen on X13 shows X12 ?

Hi,

I installed X13 the day of release.

Prior to this I did have x12 installed.

When loading X13 the loading screen shows X12 not X13 ?

This also applies when selecting Version.

I don't remember whether or not this was the case when I installed the very first release of X13.
Here, the current single file setup (30.01.00.2021) correctly displays X13.

Each InstallAware version (including updates) requires a specific personal license file to activate the product.

For what concerns your case, you used a x12 license file to activate a x13 installation, and this is why you see the x12 splash-screen.

Consequently to fix your issue;

- download the latest x13 version available (if you didn't already)
- login to your personal account page, and regenerate your personal license file.
- repeat the x13 installation from scratch, and finally apply the newly regenerated license.
