Sign InstallAware SingleFile Setups with DigiCert eToken

Hi,

one of our customers switched from verisign to digicert, and we no longer have access to files requested by InstallAwares Authenticode Signature view. Instead we were provided with a tool to sign the needed files.

How do we utilize the eToken based signing in our build process?
